Platform Engineer • Agentic Engineer • Defense Contractor • Terminal Enthusiast
I'm a platform engineer in defense — I build the infrastructure, then build the AI workflows that make it ship faster. These days that means multi-agent orchestration, GitOps automation, and figuring out how to push agentic engineering into environments where reliability isn't optional. This is where I share what I'm learning along the way.
I started my career deep in the PowerShell ecosystem, building automation tools like AdminToolkit and Helpdesk to help teams streamline their Windows operations. Over time, my curiosity led me to explore containerization, orchestration, and cloud platforms.
More recently, the shift to AI-assisted engineering changed how I work entirely. I went from automating infrastructure to automating with AI — designing multi-agent workflows where I orchestrate and review while agents execute. That led to building oh-my-claude, a plugin framework for Claude Code, and openkanban, a TUI for managing parallel agent workflows. I wrote more about this shift in AI Already Took My Job.
Building scalable, resilient applications
Multi-agent orchestration and AI-assisted delivery
Automated deployment pipelines with ArgoCD and Helm
Crafting infrastructure with Terraform
Designing solutions across AWS, Azure, and secure government cloud environments
Ensuring systems are observable and maintainable
Building secure, mission-critical infrastructure for national security
Living in tmux sessions and Neovim
This blog serves as my digital garden where I document learnings, share tutorials, and occasionally dive into personal reflections. Whether you're here for agentic engineering workflows, Kubernetes deep-dives, PowerShell tips, or just curious about what happens when an infrastructure engineer starts orchestrating AI agents, I hope you find something valuable.
My daily workflow is dominated by terminal and CLI tools - I try to work exclusively from the command line whenever possible. You'll find me navigating through tmux sessions, editing code in Neovim, and automating everything I can. Claude Code lives in this workflow too — integrated into my tmux status bar, extended with oh-my-claude, and wired into the same keyboard-first philosophy as everything else.
When I'm not knee-deep in YAML files or debugging network policies, you might find me exploring new technologies, contributing to open source projects, or sharing knowledge with the community. As a follower of Christ, I believe in building with purpose and serving others through the gifts I've been given.
